ORDER PROCESSING

ANTANYAHH BEAUTY is an independently operated beauty brand. Please allow up to 4 weeks for order processing unless a different processing time is specifically stated on the product page.

Processing time is the time required to prepare, pack and fulfill your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Most orders may ship sooner. The four-week timeframe represents our maximum standard processing window and allows us to maintain quality during launches, restocks and periods of high order volume.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

If an item is listed as a preorder, made-to-order item, limited release or otherwise has a special fulfillment window, the timeframe stated on that product's page will apply instead.

SHIPPING

Once your order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Carrier transit times are estimates and begin after ANTANYAHH BEAUTY's processing period.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, transit delays caused by the carrier are outside of our direct control.

Please use your tracking information to monitor the delivery of your package.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, contact ANTANYAHH BEAUTY as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

ANTANYAHH BEAUTY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing after they are placed.

Because of this, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has already begun or the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

All sales being final does not mean we won't make an order issue right.

If your order arrives with an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact ANTANYAHH BEAUTY within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Include:

Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photographs of the item • Photographs of the packaging when applicable

Please keep the affected product and its original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

Once verified, ANTANYAHH BEAUTY may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard damaged or incorrect merchandise before contacting us.

LOST, STOLEN + MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows that your package is still in transit or has been delayed, please allow the carrier an opportunity to complete delivery and follow the carrier's tracking instructions.

If tracking indicates DELIVERED but you cannot locate your package, first check around the delivery location, with members of your household, neighbors, building management or mailroom when applicable.

ANTANYAHH BEAUTY cannot guarantee replacement of packages that a carrier has confirmed as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

However, if you believe there has been a shipping or fulfillment error, contact us so we can review the available order and tracking information.

PREORDERS + SPECIAL RELEASES

Some ANTANYAHH BEAUTY products may be offered through preorder, limited releases or special fulfillment periods.

These products may have processing timelines that differ from our standard up-to-four-week processing period.

When a different timeframe applies, it will be disclosed on the applicable product page. By purchasing the item, you agree to the processing timeframe displayed at the time of purchase.

If your order contains multiple products with different fulfillment dates, your order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.

PRODUCT + SHADE SELECTION

Product appearance can vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, complexion and undertone.

We provide shade descriptions, swatches and product imagery to help customers make informed selections; however, we cannot guarantee that a shade will appear identical on every person or device.

Incorrect shade selection is not considered a defective product and is not eligible for return or exchange.

ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes to products, shades, quantities, shipping information or other order details.

Please review your entire order carefully before checkout.
